Description

Add DevContainer Features by nkaaf.

Following DevContainers are currently implemented:

• PackageManager*: Aims to provide interaction (update/upgrade/install) of packages via different package managers. Currently implemented are apt, apt-get, system (automatic detection of most popular package manager of OS), TeX Live tlmgr.
• LaTeX TeX Live: Installation of current and historic TeX Live
